Customer FAQs

• You can create an account by registering your email address in the sign up section located in the top right of the website, by registering as a customer you will need to select (I am a customer) from the options. You can also register when you go to place your order, during the checkout process.
• If you want to terminate your account – do bear in mind that you will no longer be able to log in and use scented cards to send any cards if you do this! Please contact us via email at customerenquiries@scentedcards.co.uk requesting that your account be closed and we can do this out for you.
• If you’re having trouble logging into your account please check that you’ve entered the correct email address and password. If these details are correct or you’ve forgotten your password you may need to reset your password by clicking on the ‘forgot your password’ link. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password that is valid for 30 minutes.
• If you’re having trouble using our site or have received an error message please check the following: Ensure your internet connection is working properly- check if other websites are operating as normal on your device. Try clicking the refresh button: this may help remove any glitches which may have occurred. If the issue still persists please do get in touch so we can look into this for you.
• Terms of use are available on our website.

• We print onto 350gsm FSC certified card, they are chlorine free, hard metal free, as well as being fully recyclable and biodegradable. Our sending envelope is also made from FSC certified paper too. The ink used in our printers is alcohol-resistant odorless inks which does not contain any animal products.
• The scent we use on our cards are all specially crafted by ourselves, they are all, Vegan friendly, animal cruelty free, SDS (Safety Data Sheet), CLP (Classification of Labels & Packaging information), Allergen Declaration & IFRA Conformity Certificate to comply with all UK and EU regulations information on our scents are available, please contact us for this information on info@scentedcards.co.uk
• All elements of the Scentedcards.co.uk website, including images, technology and designs are protected by intellectual property rights in conjunction with our third party providers and services. Images may not be reproduced nor products represented for onward customer sale, without express prior written consent.

Short answer is YES!

Writing your own message inside the card will not affect the scent nor will it affect the ink.

We do advise that once you have written your message inside the card, that you then place the card back into the envelope for the best experience for the receiver.

• Once your order has been received by us, you will be sent an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, it’s likely that your order has not been placed. You can also check this on the orders page on your Scented Cards account.
• Please wait until the fourth working day before reporting your item as late or missing as we will be unable to help prior to this. In the case of late, or missing Orders, we will always do our best to help, We can only resend items to the same delivery address and using the same delivery method that was chosen at the time of your original order, amends and upgrades will not be possible.
• Unfortunately Royal Mail offer no tracking on Cards or Card Gifts sent via First Class or International Standard.
• Our A5 and A4 cards can be sent internationally via Royal Mail International Post with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 9 working days for European destinations and 5 to 12 working days for the Rest of the World. Unfortunately, we are unable to send gifts outside of the UK at present.
• Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays, over Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the Next Working Day and then the usual delivery estimated time will apply – so 1-3 working days for 1st Class UK Post.

• We aim to respond to emails within 24 working hours (our opening times are 9:00am- 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.)
