How do I create a account?

• You can create an account by registering your email address in the sign up section located in the top right of the website, by registering as a customer you will need to select (I am a Creator) from the options.
• It is completely FREE to have a creator account.
• If you want to terminate your account – do bear in mind that you will no longer be able to log in and use scented cards to upload any card designs,  if you do this! Please contact us via email at creator@scentedcards.co.uk requesting that your account be closed and we can do this out for you.
• If you’re having trouble logging into your account please check that you’ve entered the correct email address and password. If these details are correct or you’ve forgotten your password you may need to reset your password by clicking on the ‘forgot your password’ link. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password that is valid for 30 minutes.
• If you’re having trouble using our site or have received an error message please check the following: Ensure your internet connection is working properly- check if other websites are operating as normal on your device. Try clicking the refresh button: this may help remove any glitches which may have occurred. If the issue still persists please do get in touch so we can look into this for you.

Our cards?

• We print onto 350gsm Fully recycled card, they are chlorine free, hard metal free, as well as being fully recyclable and biodegradable. Our sending envelope is also made from FSC certified paper too. The ink used in our printers is alcohol-resistant odorless inks which does not contain any animal products.
• The scent we use on our cards are all specially crafted by ourselves, they are all, Vegan friendly, animal cruelty free, SDS (Safety Data Sheet), CLP (Classification of Labels & Packaging information), Allergen Declaration & IFRA Conformity Certificate to comply with all UK and EU regulations information on our scents are available, please contact us for this information on info@scentedcards.co.uk
• All elements of the Scentedcards.co.uk website, including images, technology and designs are protected by intellectual property rights in conjunction with our third party providers and services. Images may not be reproduced nor products represented for onward customer sale, without express prior written consent.

Uploading a design.

• Designs can be uploaded once you have created a creator account.
• Card designs can only be uploaded from a computer (desktop or laptop).
• We ask you to upload image files which are at least 2506 x 1772 pixels, as this means that we can print them at a high quality (300 DPI) in our A5 and A4 formats. The largest image size we accept is 5012 x 3544 pixels.
• We accept image files in both RGB and CMYK.
• Tags are used for the website search function so be creative so the customer can find your card.
• In order to boost your card in search engine results please add a great card title and description. A card title should include the occasion, theme and the main feature.
• For your card description we’re looking for something fairly short and snappy.

Sales and Payments.

• We calculate royalties as a flat rate value of each of the formats your design is sold in.
• In your Creator account you’ll be able to see if your designs are selling. There is an option to view your total sales.
• We pay creators on a withdrawal basis, You will find a withdrawal option in your account. The minimum withdrawal is £5.00
• The withdrawal payment can only be made via PayPal, Please ensure you have the correct PayPal email in your account otherwise payments will be delayed.
• The royalty payments are 0.50p for a A5 size card and 0.50p for a A4 size card.
