How do I Know my order has been placed?

Once your order has been received by us, you will be sent an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, it’s likely that your order has not been placed. You can also check this on the orders page on your Scented Cards account.

How long will my order take?

All of our cards are sent via Royal Mail First Class for UK delivery.
Aims to Deliver in 1-3 working days.
Orders placed before 5pm will be dispatch the same day.
